Image/Video/Personal Data Consent Form

Please read the following and provide your consent below.

I, the undersigned, hereby confirm that The Welding Institute Group of Companies (TWI Group) has the right to use this Image/Video/personal data as provided for the marketing or promotional purposes which may include, but is not limited to, use on TWI Group and/or project websites, use on TWI Group social media feeds, use in printed and electronic publication and use in TWI Group webinars and events.

By signing this document:

I, the data subject, provide my consent to the TWI Group for the use of the image/video/personal data that identifies me as a data subject in accordance with the purposes as specified above; and/or

I have attained the consent of all the data subjects that are being identified in the image/video/personal data and I am duly authorised to sign on behalf of all data subjects for the use of the image/video/personal data in accordance with the purposes as specified above; and/or

I can confirm that I am the duly authorised representative of the party owning the image/video/personal data and hereby provide consent for use of the image/video/personal data in accordance with the purposes specified above.

All images/videos/personal data which are subject to this consent will be held by TWI Group in accordance with all applicable data protection and privacy legislations in force and as amended from time to time.

By signing this form you and any of the applicable data subjects identified in the image/video/personal data hereby expressly understand that you may exercise your right to withdraw your consent to use this image/video/personal data at any time. TWI Group shall, upon the receipt of any withdrawal of consent request, stop using this image/video/personal data for the purposes specified above with immediate effect and take reasonable steps to remove this image/video/personal data present across platforms under its direct control. However, even after the removal of such image/video/personal data from the platforms under TWI Group’s direct control, it may remain in the public domain having already been disseminated by third parties and may be out of TWI Group’s reasonable control to retract or remove such image/video/personal data All withdrawal requests must be made in writing and e-mailed to marketing.data@twi.co.uk.
